  2. Hello Yvette,
Found your site by accident and am taken with the sampling of beautiful photographs you posted. They are far and above the average, mundane snapshots that amateurs (such as myself) choose to take. Your selection of subject and choice of color/black&white is impeccable. Really enjoyed them all and look forward to seeing others you may post.

  3. Greetings from Australia Yvette,
I sincerely wish you all the best on your journey with photography. I have been taking photographs since I was a teenager, then eventually studied a Professional course as a mature student, and absolutely loved the experience. All I can say is…..”photograph what you are passionate about and inspiration manifests itself.” Take great care, I enjoyed reading your biography. 🙂
    God bless

    1. What a wonderful gesture! Thank you so much for your encouragement. I do see photography as a journey and its a long road ahead but coming from Oz it’s pretty hard not to like a long road.. there’s so many of them!! I hope you’re staying clear of the bush fires and staying cool. All the best. Yvette

    1. Thank you Uday. I have visited your site and can say the same to you! I worked in India, in Delhi, on and off for a couple of years and your images bring back many memories. It’s not a country you can easily forget!

  4. Hi Yvette, sounds like an interesting and fulfilling life you lead 🙂 Do you have any Emirates pictures on here? I’d be more than happy to follow your blog (since I just started on photography too) and I am looking forward to learning from your pictures! I hope the course is fun!! Greetings from the other side of the world!

    1. It’s a busy life, that is for sure. Unfortunately most of my Emirates images are back in Australia on a hard drive, though I think I did bring prints to the USA. I’ll have to fish some out. It is a spectacular place. I travelled a lot into Oman as well, which had embraced it’s past a bit more so very rustic and old world. Thank you for following my blog. I really enjoyed discovering yours. Great images and stories.
